Quality control and documentation
As products are subjected to permanent or recurring high loads in practice, THIERBACH offers a wide range of quality control measures throughout the production process to guarantee long-term high levels of quality for your parts:
Each processing step is carried out together with experienced, trained specialists, working according to the most stringent quality and precision demands. Depending on the drawing part, comprehensive concentricity, surface and length measurements are also carried out. All measuring equipment and tools are regularly calibrated and precisely managed. Sampling according to AQL 1 is also a standard feature. Recurring SPC examinations and detailed test reports round off the THIERBACH quality control offer.
